Clackamas Professional Technical Educational Consortium (C-TEC) Inspires, educates, and prepares the emerging workforce in Clackamas County. C-TEC promotes a high quality system of Career and Technical Education and career related learning for all students through a coordinated delivery of services in secondary and post-secondary education.

Job Corps
Works with youth 16-24 meeting eligibility requirements. Students have the opportunity to earn a high school diploma or GED, and learn employability and independent living skills. Students receive hands-on career training in more than 25 occupational areas including health occupations, construction-related fields, culinary arts, business and technology-related industries. They can also participate in on-the-job training at real work sites through work-based learning opportunities. While enrolled in the program, students receive housing, meals, basic medical care and biweekly living allowances. Job Corps is a self-paced program and lengths of stay vary, students may remain enrolled for up to two years.

Youth Services (Open to the General Public) We offer employment services for youth 16-21 years of age. open to the general public, along with youth referred from various partnerships and youth serving agencies ( Drug Court, Project Payback, Juvenile Corrections, OYA, Alternative High Schools, Senior Internships, etc.)
